Can we have a choice: open title links in new page or wrapper?

It looks very good and seems to work very well. So that I don't loose my reader to another site I would like the featured blog to open in a wrapper, how might I set the Tile Link to open in a new page or in a wrapper? 

2nd a disappearing lower window would be good too.

I missed this some how. I'll make a setting for it and post it up. I don't do much with TARR anymore. The community didn't seem to like it as much as we did.
